We have booked the three bedroom condo here for the week of April 2 to 9 and I was just wondering if any one has ever stayed here, if so what are your thoughts???

I stayed there in September of 2009. It was a gorgeous resort and almost completely empty during our stay. I was with three friends in a three bedroom condo. It was very roomy and all the furnishings looked brand new. The full kitchen saved us money and we could pack light since there was a full washer/dryer. I never saw anyone in the pool, but it looked very nice also.

We'v stayed at Lake Eve 4 or 5 times in the past 2 years (we drive over often from Tampa for the weekend). Other than somewhat slow service at the front desk, the resort is wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. All of the bedrooms are well kept and the master bath has a nice jacuzzi tub. There is a nice pool and jacuzzi area outside, and even a kiddie pool if you have a little one. The resort does need more parking spots, so if you are there during a busy time it is somewhat of a problem. They will have mandatory free valet parking on days that the resort is full (or close to it) because there aren't enough spots for everyone (valet will block cars in, etc). When we go to Orlando, this is the first place we check rates at, and we've stayed at many other resorts in the area. Enjoy!

We stayed there and it was awesome. The rooms were perfect... clean, everything looked brand new and very spacious. I would stay there again in a heart beat. It was wonderful.

We too were there in September 09 before heading over to the port for a cruise. Like others have said its new and well maintaned. The only downside and this is nitpicking is that the way the hotel and pool was desgined the pool recieves very very little sunlight. We have reservations again for this September. For the prices they offer I think its a great great place.

Well, that might seem like nitpicking but that's the sort of thing I like to know about. :)
