Anybody know of a good place to find reduced rates on this place? It's next to the LBV Factory Stores and had condos up to 4BR/4BA (if I'm not mistaken).
Apparently, it's almost brand new (and seems to have had some of the normal new property problems but nothing major) and is in a very good location.
I'd be interested in a nice "introductory" rate if anybody knows of one.
