Tuesday July 23rd
Well today started out pretty bad. Sarah was complaining about her tummy immediately upon waking up. Well, actually as soon as we left the room. She looked like she was going to be sick all the way to the Crystal Palace, and through out the character breakfast.
We did see Tigger, Piglet and Pooh but it was really overshadowed by running to the restroom repeatedly just in case. Samee was ecstatic over seeing PIG-A-LETT and was really good with Pooh also. Tigger took Sarah's Pluto hat and walked around wiht it for a while.
We left and after a short debate about going back to the hotel room we decided to keep going and see how it went after a couple of rides. That was the last we heard about Sarah's tummy the rest of the morning and we were soooooo glad that we stayed.
We were heading for Dumbo but Samee wanted to ride the horsies first. Walked onto the carousel. Then to Dumbo. While Frank and the girls waited in line I ran and grabbed FP's for Pooh. Return time in 45 minutes. In that time we saw Ariel, walked onto Snow White, then to Peter Pan (wait listed 20 minutes - actually it was mayb 5), walked onto Small World. Back to Pooh and walked on with Fast Passes. Then 10 minute wait for Mad Tea Party. FantasyLand is DONE.
Onto Toontown Fair. Had the girls faces painted then took some pictures. Went on Samee's first coaster, Goofy's Barnstormer, 10 minute wait. Walked through Minnies House, and then into ToonTown Faire. Got in Line for Storybook characters and waited about 15 minutes to get into the room. We say Perla nad Suzy and YIPPEEEEE.... THAT IS CINDERALLA!!!!!
We decided to check the line for Buzz. It was 50 minutes, but FD return was an hour. Grabbed FPs and ran to the Carousel of Progress. NOTE: While getting the FPs I heard a man saying to his family that the wait was ONLY 50 minutes and that there isn't any other ride that will have a shorter line - so they got into the regular 50 minute line. We proceeded to walk onto Carousel of Progress and enjoyed the show. Got off (there was technical difficulties and saw the last section twice) and had an icecream. I had this chocolate and caramel with chocolate ice cream bar... OH YUMMMMMMMYYYYYY.. Walked onto TTA, Samee really liked it. The rest of us enjoyed it because it was cool and we got to sit.
Hopped off to a downpour and still 10 minutes to wait until the FP return time. We hung out under TTA and at the same time the rain stopped, our FP time started. Walked onto Buzz. It was SOoooo Cool! Frank scored 100,200 on the first try. That scuz. Ok, Ranger First Class Scuz. Sarah had 7900, Alaine 13100 and Samee 600.
It was 1:45 and we really needed to go rest so we headed back to the hub. While we were walking across the bridge we came onto Goofy who had just arrived. We were one of the first in line for his autography. Got pics and sigs. Then around the corner were Robin Hood and Friar Tuck. Into their line. We were som of the last to see them. Samee said Bye to the Squirrel (Robin Hood). LOL.
We hopped the bus back to POR and grabbed lunch. Back to room. Kids fell asleep and rested until the Fairy Gormother came to take care of Samee. We were taking Sarah to e-night at MK. Helen was the Fairy Godmother and her daughter Cathy arrived at 5:00. We took off. Immediately Sarah complained about her tummy. ARGHhhhhhh..
Picked up tickets, sent pictures from earlier to resort, and took the train to FrontierLand... OMG. The wait for Splash and Big Thunder were 90 and 75 minutes long. Splash was out of Fast Passes, so we grabbed one for Big Thunder. Ate at Columbia Harbor House. Came out to RAIN!
We rode the Haunted Mansion (5 - 10 minute wait), and met SAFARI STEVE!!! He took us into the Stretch room. First Dis Meet. When we came out of HM, it was POURING. bought more ponchose (we had forgot ours). Splash and Big Thunder were closed. Hung out for a while, still closed. Did Pirates (10 minutes maybe). Had a Dole Whip. YUM!!!!! Returned at 9:20 to Big Tunder. Used fast passes with a 5 minute wait. Did Splash. The wait was supposed to be 40 minutes. More like 20 minute wait. We were on and off at 5 after 10.We were SOAKED!!
E-NITE begins - Walked right onto Splash again. Rode on BTMRR - maybe a 5 minute wait. Walked across the park. Alien - BAD RIDE. BAD BAD RIDE. Sarah did it, she cried. I don't blame her. This was the longest wait all nite - about 20 minutes - not worth it. Rode Space Mountain 2 times (10 minutes each). Sarah loved it. Rode Buzz twice. 12:21 - we're done. Grabbed a Hot Dog on the way out of the park (the salad at Columbia Harbor House was wonderful, but not filling 6 hours later). Got back to the room a little after one.
