LaHacienda menu question

Haven't tried LaHacienda yet but we have an ADR for this summer. Many years ago we ate at SAn Angel and they weren't able to accommodate most entrees that we wanted to have certain ingredients held from an entree. They said their entrees were already prepared and they couldn't remove ingredients/food from it - toppings, etc. Wondering if anyone has eaten there lately or knows if they can hold items or tweak entrees if necessary? Thanks.

Since the same entity owns and runs both San Angel Inn and La Hacienda I would expect their kitchens operate the same. Some items are sure to be pre-prepared, could leave off a garnish or topping, but I doubt they could change the core ingredients in those dishes.
