I looked into this a few months ago. Some thought this only happens during the Spring flower & garden festival. I could have sworn I read that it happens on Thursday mornings around 11 a.m. I think if you called the Grand Floridian they would know for sure.

I saw it done on TV at the Grand Floridian. The kids gather around some bushes with the mad hatter, and are each handed a little matchbox of ladybugs. They release them, and the ladybugs crawl around your arm and stuff. Ew. But others would like it!
