Hiya

Just wondering, what type of park bag do you guys use?

I want something big and bright with loads of pockets, that can hold quite a lot. Amy ideas welcome!! :goodvibes

Wow, I think you got your reply in faster than I even posted it :rotfl2:

I totally forgot about Animal, will check their website. I thought of *********** but nothing grabbed my attention!

I'm no use to you then, lol. I opened the thread and saw "big" ......

I carry a TINY across the body purse for my cards and money etc but I have a very large camera bag so there is a limit to what else I can carry (actually not much else with that weight!) Are you looking for shoulder or backpack style?

Uhhhh.... I have no clue why that was asterisked out. Lol

:scared1: Well you can't just use any language on the DIS ..... :lmao:

It must have had a few consecutive letters that are set to blank out anything between the spaces. Lol

Shoulder, or cross body... I really like the one in the link above but it might be a bit small as I'm not carrying a camera bag! I suspect I'll end up being the pack horse for the whole family as usual so it needs to be large :)

I put quick silver. I don't have a particularly clean mind but even I cant make that filthy!! :rotfl:

No, that's why it needs to be small. If you don't have room in your bag to carry extra stuff, you can't carry it ;)

My camera bag might be big, but it is FULL. I made it clear to my DD a few years ago that if she wanted anything in the park she had to carry it. She went without for a few days and then when she realized that meant she couldn't buy herself anything without having to carry it, she relented and started carrying the backpack I bought for her

It is bigger than it looks. I have already had a trial run (how sad am I) and can fit my camera, camcorder, purse, sun cream, sunglasses, lip gloss and comb in it :thumbsup2

Ah, that explains it - that is the name of a chauffeur/limo service in Orlando - probably to do with advertising.

Exactly. I always used to end up carrying everything. Now, if I can't fit it in my bag, I don't take it. We only ever really take the necessities anyway - as long as you have money, tickets, suncream and camera, what else do you need ;)

Ahhhhhhhhhhh you guys are so smart!

I do really like the animal bags... And my camcorder is fairly small... ;)

Ooooh bags! This is a topic I can get very excited about :good vibes

I *adore* Kipling bags - they're so practical! I'll be taking about 4 to Florida when we go in September.

For the parks I will have:

Multiple - this is a smallish shoulder bag which can have the straps changed so it turns into a bumbag! (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kipling-K13...E6KG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1335989188&sr=8-1)

New Candy - fair sized square handbag with two main pockets and a few little ones - can be a shoulder bag or a mini rucksack if you adjust the straps. (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kipling-Wom...=sr_1_2?s=shoes&ie=UTF8&qid=1335989242&sr=1-2)

I have a large tote for my hand luggage too :D

If you search for kipling bag on Amazon there's loads in all shapes, sizes and colours. :thumbsup2

I have to say, I have been looking at bags to take and I think I maybe looking to take a small rucksack with two shoulder straps! I dont really want a one shouldered bag as I dont want a tan line going across my chest :rotfl2:

Is that really vain ... :lmao:

I need a new bag too. I used Kipling Milo last time but I've git a one year old this time and its January so we'll need jumpers. Does anyone know of anything like 'new candy' but bigger?

Another vote for Kipling bags! There are loads of practical designs, great colours and they are water resistant, anything inside it on a wet day/ride stays dry. They are not cheap , but you can get some good deals on QVC website, or from outlet stores( Biscester Village, Cheshire Oaks, maybe others?)
