WARNING: the following post will discuss underarms and possibly BO!
I've always had a problem with applying deodorant/anti-perspirant after shaving my underarms; there would be tiny nicks, or broken skin, and it would sting like the devil. Sometimes you don't have a choice, either; if you shower in the mornings, you can't go without "protection" during the day!
I found a product called "Nivea Calm and Care", and used it for the first time last night as a test run. Wow...not only did it NOT sting after applying it about 10 minutes after I shaved, but the odor protection lasted throughout the night! It's alcohol-free, and is marketed as an anti-perspirant. Oh, and it's a liquid roll-on, which some people might find different...but believe me, it's more than worth the price.
Just thought I'd share; it took me years to find this gem!
