Ladies I Need Your Help with a Theme....

HI KT27,

First of all thanks so much for the inspiration for the theming of our VR!!! :goodvibes

You are so very creative~~I think that you and I are kindred spirits...I love your theme and all the ideas, colors etc. are so what I am looking for.

I really like the idea for a monogram for our wedding. I noticed that you used the Disney font for your tags on the favors. DO you know where and what type of software I need to buy to get clip art/Disney font?

Also, I love the "bling" in your bouquet!! Did the WDW florist have that or did you buy it?

Sorry for all the questions!!

Codie,

Before I forget, I am at work so I get a little scatterbrained, thanks for the idea for the message in the bottle!! Ironically, we found a wonderful website last night that has this very invitation along with a box to ship in. I am so excited!!

That's what I love about this board!!! Everyone is so helpful and it seems like you can read my mind!! :grouphug:

Thanks a million!!!

You can download the Disney Font online for free, I just did a search on google for "walt disney font", then you add it to your fonts and are able to use it in Microsoft Word.

I used Emily at Charming Events for floral however I bought the bouquet jewels (butterflies & initials) from a seller on Ebay, just do a search for bouquet jewels

I love your logo!! Where did you get the castle graphic and what program did you use to make your logo?

I got the castle logo online. I used photoshop. I will look to see if I have just the castle in a file. I got a new lap to & dh took mine to Iraq this week. If I do I would be glad to share it. I'll let you know.

Thanks :) My wedding theme is "Cinderella/Once Upon A Time" but we were thinking about doing a beach wedding so I have thought a lot about this theme!

:tigger:

BrideToBe82, our theme is the same (Cinderella)! My wedding is March 31st, 2007 at home. DF and I originally wanted a DFTW as we are WDWCP Alums but unfortunately we are recent college grads with lots of student debt so that was out of the cards.

Have you gotten any great ideas for centerpieces? I have gotten a ton for placecards, but no centerpiece ideas.

Please share! :tigger: I have been searching for castles all day and can't find anything that I like...your castle is perfect!

I have found lots of pumpkin centerpiece ideas that could be really cute. You could hollow out a pumpkin and place flowers in it or group mini pumpkins together on top of white tulle. You could also buy white satin pillows and place a "glass" slipper on top of it for your centerpiece. Another idea is to find a castle of some sort (glass, ceramic, etc.).

Here are some other centerpiece ideas that I have found:

Wire Slipper

Wire Coach

Glass Coach

I think I am going to just end up doing roses of some sort...I LOVE roses so unless if I see a centerpiece that I absolutely love I will be going with a traditional flower centerpiece. What will you be doing for favors, etc.? princess:

At this point, I am unsure other than we are definitely using chocolate. I am originally from Central PA right around Hershey and my dad works for the chocolate company so we get discounts on everything! I have seen some really neat sites with personalized Hershey candy bar wrappers so I think we may end up doing something like that.

I like some of your pumpkin ideas - I wonder if you can find glass pumpkins - hollowed out so it's almost like a vase to put flowers in. I think that would be pretty.

I think i'm going to go with a nautical theme...shells and things like that. Can disney design and sort out the tables for you though?

KT27, I cannot believe you made all those things! They look wonderful and professional!!! You inspired me to save some money and try and do it myself when the time comes. And Btw, I LOVE your theme so much.
