I'm serious.. If you will start the night before taking Ibuprofen (I take 800mg every 6 hours) it won't be so bad. Also, any topical cream with benzocaine in it will NUMB you! There is a prescription cream called ElaMax that is actually indicated for hemmorhoids and it will work, too. We use that for IV starts and shots where I work, so I figured it would be effective for the Brazilians as well. It will numb you, or at least take the edge off, in about 15 minutes.
