Ladder 49

I just finished watching Ladder 49. It is now my favorite movie (of course I may be biased). My dad is a firefighter and I go to the Fire Department's fish frys to work so I know most of the firefighters. My dad was saying how true to life it was. It was very cool to get his point of view of fires and what its like inside a burning building. So, what did everyone else think of it? Did you like it? If you haven't seen it, you should totally watch it.

I just finished watching Ladder 49 AGAIN. LOL. It was even better the first time. I was expecting him to walk out of the building and everything was going to be happily ever after. I guess I am just too used to the "Disney endings". I am kinda glad though that it didn't end happily ever after because I think that would have ruined the whole movie.
Just wondering, is anyone else here a firefighter or have a parent that is a firefighter?

omg this is my FAVORITE movie....i've seen it like 3 times already and everytime i am hysterically crying!!!!! my uncle is a firefighter and my cousin wants to become one....i don't know how they or anyone else does it but i know i couldn't!!! i WOULD definently recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!!!!!!!
