I drink lactose free milk and have for years. Never saw any at the resort shops. Don't drink milk at the restaurants either. Things could have changed since the last time we actually stayed at a resort but I kind of doubt it. If it's a requirement, like you have a child that needs it you could request a mini fridge and pick some up at a local Walmart or Publix.

Could be so. I haven't stayed at a resort since 2012. We have an RV and stay in it at Fort Wilderness. I bring my own lactose free products but I know that isn't an option for everyone.
All rooms have cooling storage, but some are beverage coolers that don’t necessarily stay cold enough to keep milk fresh for more than a few days (only get down to 41°) as opposed to refrigerators that cool to lower temperatures.

Well, the website isn't always kept completely up to date. I guess eventually the website will be changed to say "beverage cooler," since that's what they're moving towards in all the resort rooms as well as the DVC studios.
