Lack of December information has me going crazy!

I get to do my ADR's on June 26th and I have been checking every day for December hours too. I am like the OP, I have everything pretty much mapped out but just need park hours to finish the process. Yes, I know they can change but it would give me a general idea of which days I would be spending where. LOL.

I do have a question as this will be the first time I will be going in December. When is information for Candlelight Processional usually updated? That is the one thing I really want to do when I am there. Just curious.

I do my adrs on june 25. I looked up last years hours for christmas week. I figure this year will probably be similar

Thank you so very much for posting this! I called around 1 this afternoon and ended up getting a fantastic agent. She checked a couple resources and found all the hours I wanted for my whole trip 12th to the 24th. She had hours for HS ending at 5 each day which we all know wasn't accurate but everything else like emh and party nights helps me so very greatly! Thank you again!

Any chance you might be able to share the EMH details for those dates? Many of them overlap with our dates and I would love to see how they compare with Touring Plans as I've used that to map out my park schedule and ADR plan.

Feeling your pain, I have to make my ADR's on Friday! I do think for the last month of the year, Disney should just release them.

Respectfully, why? A rolling six months is a rolling six months. That the following month happens to be in a different year doesn't support a business altering its procedures. Wouldn't a comparable expectation from any business be for its customers to transact early because the calendar changes? Pay your electric bill in advance? Double up on groceries in December?

I think this has been a pretty common theme this year and lots of last minute information is being issued, like all the May travellers waiting until the 11th hour for info on the AK night entertainment and anyone past June waiting on confirmation of Star Wars fireworks & dessert parties, to name just a couple.

For December, I would just go with last years info and tweak where needed. Even if the hours are released right now for December, they are definitely going to change closer to the date anyway. Anything past the end of June is fair game for changes, IMO.

So far - they are not really following last years trend. Last year they changed EMH the 2nd week of December. They have not done that this year so far. Still following same pattern as November.

Hi all!

How do you guys have it all planned out without posted hours.

We are going between Christmas and New Years day so it will be extremely crowded. Does it even matter at that point what days I choose to hit specific parks?

We did MK last year on December 27 prior to a cruise and got there about an hour to RD and did everything twice by lunch. Do I just go with that plan and it doesnt matter hours?

My family of four has kids 22 and 18 so Im not sure I can even get them up and out by 6 am latest. One day before a cruise was great but not for a week lol. Im also wondering for those that have adult children or just adults what time are you making your FP selections? Im thinking I need to do later if we are there for RD but do all parks close due to capacity between Christmas and New Years Eve?

12/18 EP emh 930 pm to 1130 pm

12/21 MK emh 10 pm to 12 am

12/22 EP emh 8 am to 9 am

12/23 MK emh 8 am to 9 am

MK daily hours
13th 9 to 7
14th 9 to 10
15th 9 to 7
16th 9 to 7
17th 9 to 10
18th 9 to 7
19th 9 to 10

21st 9 to 10

24th 9 to 10

Obviously the 7 pm closures are due to party days

AK...who in the world knows? ? Right now the girls system shows 9 to 5 daily.
