Labor Day Trip?

Dh and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at Disney and are dying to go back. Our best friends, another couple, have song vouchers for free flights and by September we should have enough airline miles accumulated to fly for very cheap or even free. Anyway we are thinking about heading down to Disney for Labor Day but I'm worried about the crowds. They want to go at that time so we can stay for longer without having to use so many days off of work, but I don't want the trip to be spoiled by heavy crowds. On our recent trips there were a TON of spring breakers there that made MK so crowded we had to leave. Any info on crowd levels at this time of the year or experiences would be greatly appreciated!!!

Labor Day will be a little more crowded, but nowhere near Spring Break as a lot of schools have just started or are just starting then. Most likely it'll be very hot and humid though, with a slight chance of bad weather (coming off the tail end of hurricane season).
