On this day, when we remember and honor all of those in our great country who labor so hard, I raise my glass of lemonade to all of the wonderful 55,000 Cast Members at WDW! Thank-you for making me feel special every time I come to visit you! Thank-you for letting me forget about my own job for a little while. Thank-you for smiling at me when smiles seem so rare. Thank-you for the little things that show that you are truly appreciative of me. Maybe towel-sculpture isn't important to everyone, but it's a big deal to me. It shows that you care. You didn't have to do it. Thank-you for "playing" with me. I'm a grown man, but your playfulness reminds me of the good times I had when I was a child. Everything always looks so beautiful! I really appreciate all of the maintenance work that is done. I enjoy taking my family to someplace that shows such attention-to-detail. Thank goodness for all of the maintenance on the attractions, too. I never worry about taking my kids on the rides. And what creative people! Giraffes outside your room! Flying to Mars! Swimming after a blizzard in Florida! The wonderful shows! There are certainly many important jobs in this country. We have Doctors fixing hearts and Soldiers serving in Iraq. But, today, in a world that can be so cold and self-centered, I toast the 55,000 Cast Members at WDW who show some kindness and make my life more fun! Thank-you!
