Labor Day questions!

Okay, here is my dilemma. Sorry for being so scattered!!!


I can't decide if I should do Disneyland on Labor Day or not. I am also planning to do Seaworld as well, which I was planning for Wednesday since the hours at Disneyland/CA are shorter.

Should I do Seaworld on Monday since they are not blocking the AP holders out on that day? Or the crowds shouldn't be much of an issue on Labor Day?

If I do Disneyland on Monday, I will have the longer park hours.

What would you do?

Is Monday your only weekend day? If so, I'd go Monday so that you can see some evening entertainment.

I've been on Labor Day the last few years. I always expect it to be really crowded...and it never is. I think a lot of people are gearing up for school to start on Tuesday (if it hasn't already started) so vacationers seem to clear out. It will be more crowded than Wednesday, but it won't be bad (plus you get long hours and the full entertainment schedule).

Thanks Nala! I have a Friday & Saturday as well. Just debating which day would be better for my Monday/Wednesday plans!!!!

I agree with Nala. The crowds aren't that bad on Monday. Most of the vacationers are leaving Monday to get back for work and school. There might be some leftovers from the 1/2 Marathon, but I've been there for that for the past 3 years, and it's not that bad. I have checked the refurbishing schedule yet, but you might want to check that as well. They might keep some of the rides open on Monday for the last "summer" day and then close them on Tuesday. So that is something to check out/keep in mind.

Don't forget about the Disneyland Half-Marathon on Sunday, which brings in lots of people.
