We are planning our September trip and do plan for 1 day away from park. I'm thinking Labor Day could be crowded... Thoughts? (I wonder about Sunday, the day before...Bet it gets crowded, but I'm not willing to change my pre-RD reservation @ Bippiti nor the CRT breakfast we've scheduled. Should've planned those on a different day...)

My friends and I are coming on Labour Day as well - we are going to Downtown Disney that day - hoping it won't be as busy as the parks and because that is our travel day

I'm curious about this as well and how it might affect the crowds the week leading up to Labor Day.

We go during Labor Day every other year. It can get crowded but we tend to go to EPCOT on Labor Day. The park is a little bigger and more spread out and just seems to hold crowds a little better than the others. We've never had issues. We usually get in the weekend before Labor Day and as the week progresses it gets less and less crowded. I guess it's because kids are back in school by then.

We always go the week leading up to Labour Day. The week prior itself is pretty low crowds (1 - 3, depending on which crowd calendar you use). The crowds start to build on the Friday and through Labour Day itself, but still very manageable (crowd calendar 4 - 6). It's probably the least busy holiday weekend all year.

Thanks all! OK - guess I'll expect things to be a little tight at the MK on Sunday, 9/6. May go offsite on Monday, but then smooth sailing the rest of the week!

woot woot!
