Labor day advice??

I am new to the board and have a question about the parks on Labor Day. We will be at MK, AK, and MGM for Labor Day (Sept 5), and the Tues and Wed following. What would you recommend for days at the parks? My first thoughts were...AK on Labor Day since it is a quicker park to get through, followed by MK on Tues and MGM on Wed. I have read somewhere to do the parks by crowds which recommended MGM on Mondays, AK on Tuesdays, and MK on Wednesdays. How busy are the parks on Labor Day?? The hours for this Sept have not been posted yet to decide and with the free dining plan, it is hard to decided which days for which to make dinner plans. Anyone with advice for this time of year?? We just did Memorial Day at WDW and I would think that crowds are about the same for both holidays....We avoided MK on Monday, going to TL instead and TL wasn't too bad at all. We did CnG 6 times early without a wait. Tuesday we went to MK and the crowds weren't all that bad, but it was raining.

WDW is crowded and fun during Labor Day; so be prepared, use the fastpass (where ever you do go); the waterparks will be crowded, so get there early and get a chair, towel, and locker and be sure to have patience, water and a lot of fun. And use the EMH and be sure to take advantage of the Disney transports!

We did Labor Day week-end for many years until our schools decided to start before. I always loved that time. The biggest problem we discovered was Labor Day Saturday. MK is packed and so is DD. Many locals go on this day as well as visitors. I think you will be fine. You might find Labor Day (Monday) a little more crowded due to the fact that local people have the day off too and may visit the parks, but on the whole I think you will be ok. If you are able to park hop you may want to consider that. If AK is too crowded (my personal opinion it that it won't be) you can always hop to another park. Epcot is nice because it's so large. I would not go to MK until after Monday.
