LA timing help with Warner Bros Tour - do we have time?

I'm listing my tentative plans below - looking for feedback on whether this schedule would work, or if we're calling things too close. This will be Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.

• 8am - Leave Loews Hollywood Hotel
• 8:30am - Arrive at Warner Bros for studio tour
• 9am - Tour begins and is estimated to take 3 hours, including a self-guided portion
• 12:30pm - Arrive back at Loews Hollywood Hotel, grab a quick lunch and our bags
• 1:30pm (at the latest) - Uber to airport
• 2:30-3pm - Arrive at LAX
• 5:15pm - Flight time

I think it'll work assuming there aren't any snags, like accidents or movie premieres that jam up the roadways. FWIW I don't think you need to be a LAX 2+ hours ahead of time. It's too bad that you aren't flying out of Burbank because that's MUCH closer to where you'll be and it's so small and manageable.
