La Tienda at CSR???

I looked at the resturants listed on the WDW website for the dining plan and for CSR is listed La Tienda and Pepper Market as the counter service restaurants. When I looked at the menu's on Allears website it does not have La Tienda listed. Can someone clear this up for me?

I suspect the reason you're not seeing a menu for LaTienda on Allears is that it's not really a restaurant. LaTienda is more of a convenience store than anything else, with a limited selection of food selections like prepackaged sandwiches, beverages, fruit, ice cream and beer and wine.

O.K....but the dining plan list had La Tienda listed as a counter service location. That must be a mistake...I can not see wasting a CS credit on a place like that. Am I right?

I guess if you bought a prepackaged sandwich or whatever, it technically would be over the counter service, but I would definitely say you're right about not wanting to waste a dining plan credit there. La Tienda is adjacent to the Pepper Market, so maybe they somehow got lumped together?
