La Nouba==good For Adults???? And Shopping Too!!!!

Since we have FINALLY got our resort for May 07 scheduled..now I get to plan the FUN!!! DH wants to do the Richard Petty thing,
I would like to do outlet shopping, maybe, if close??? And maybe La Nouba,
none of the above three things we did May 05, our 1st WDW trip, So can
you offer any planning advise???
ps..as you can see from my signature, lil Miss Daisy is a fashionista...anywhere we can get her dis-clothes?? (I already told her
Tramp is spoken for... so pick another dis-prize (I know I am silly..I don't care...this is disneyworld not a summit conference in Geneva....

Sorry can't offer advice on the other two but La Nouba is absolutely fantastic! My DH and I went last year, and I can honestly say it was the best show I've ever seen. I haven't seen any other Cirque shows so don't know how it compares to them, but it was definetly worth the expense.

Hi Daisy!! So you decided on the Swan! Good choice... make sure you sign up for Starwood rewards before you go!

There are outlets somewhere... I don't think they are too close. At least I've never seen them. My best friend (former cast member who now works for ABC) lives in Orlando. I'll ask her if they would be worth your time. BTW, she went to LaNouba and raved about it! We've done Cirque elsewhere but not LaNouba... it was awesome... I bet you'd love it.

Humm, as for your little dumpling... DTD would be your best bet. Cant' say I've ever seen any. But I havent' looked either... my little black Pom grows so much hair he is too hot in the winter!

La Nouba is a Fantastic show However you say you are going in May... Just wanted to make sure you know their summer break is from May 20-June 4 next year, so there are no shows in that time frame. I sure hope that does not affect your plans, as it is something we consider "not to be missed"

Their are a few outlet shops in the area the closest one is just outside Downtown Disney off of I-4. You would need a car, or a taxi to get there, but if you take Hotel Plaza Blvd to 535 and make a right. Go down 2 traffic lights (just after you go under the I-4 overpass) and make a left into Little Lake Bryan (there is a big brick sign) follow that road around and the outlets are just past Queen Mary of the Universe Church. They are really nice, have some great stores, but it is not "that" big. The BIG outlets are a little further down I-4 just past Universal. You can get to them by going to I-4 east (heading towards Downtown Orlando) get off on International drive up by Universal and make a left, The Prime One (I believe...they just changed their name) outlets are at the end of I-Drive. There are a few different annexes and side areas, this is a big outlet, but we don't find it to be as nice as the smaller one closer to WDW.

As for some souviners for the Adorable dog. If you go to Downtown Disney Marketplace, there is a store called "Disney Tails" it is over by Rainforest Cafe sort of across from the Christmas shop. You will be able to find fun stuff in their for lil Miss Daisy, it is a shop devoted to her....

Oh and I have done the Richard Petty ride along twice... Your DH will LOVE it, it is an absolute blast!

La Nouba is fantastic - we loved it. They show it on the Bravo channel from time to time.

Our baby is named "Chance"... DS was 4 and into movies BIG TIME... he wanted a little black dog and wanted to name it "Sandy" (from Annie )
So we got out "Homeward Bound" and
Hallelujah!! Saved by a Disney movie!!
