Yes they do. I've used it there.

Teppan Edo doesn't take it, but that's the only TS restaurant in Epcot that doesn't.

It is a mixed situation. The table service portion, at dinner, does take it. The quick service portion does not.

La Cantina (the CS), though, is not the same restaurant as La Hacienda. Although they're operated by the same company, they're separate entities sharing the same building.

What are you calling for? To make a reservation or to ask questions? I never call WDW-DINE to ask questions, they're really only good for making reservations. And if you can get online, it's much easier to make reservations at www.disneyworld.com/restaurants.
