La Hacienda or Boma?

We are staying at AKL. I'm torn between having a Boma dinner on our arrival night before we head over to Epcot, and having a late dinner at La Hacienda for Illuminations.

Any suggestions?

If you can get a late seating at La Hacienda than it is worth the experience to view the fireworks. It is just beautiful inside and viewing the fireworks through the big windows is marvelous. Maybe check out the menu first. While I enjoyed the dinner, the menu seemed a little limited in choices. Since you are staying at AKL, you could try to hit Boma another night since it is so convenient.

I got an 8:30 reservation at LaH, and Illuminations is at 9:30 that night.

It is also the only night we could do Boma. We've never eaten there, and it seems wrong somehow to stay at AKL and not eat anywhere but the Mara.

Just can't decide...

Oh this is a hard choice then. I do adore Boma, I suppose I would chose Boma in this case. It's all too convenient, to just walk downstairs to eat. And you can smell it from the hallways/lobby!
Plus with La Hacienda, there isn't a guarantee you will get a window table.

I think you are right. I can't imagine being able to SMELL Boma and not EAT there!

I guess we can always do the Mexican CS.
