So, I've only heard fantastic things about this place.. Can you take your margarita around the park with you? or do you have to stay in the restaurant? And secondly, what's your favorite??

Yes, you can get the margaritas to go. They will put it in a plastic cup for you. My favorite is just a classic made with premium silver tequila. The avocado is yummy too.

The jalapeno margarita is strangely delicious if you are looking for something different.

Don't know about taking your drink with you but as to the second part of your question; my wife likes the Classic while I prefer the Blood Orange.

We had tequila shots of the $10 Herradura (sp?) and they were so good- were chilled and came not only with lime and salt, but small back of bloody mary mix !! mmm! Got that and a blood orange margarita to walk with around the world, but about 15 minutes later, I had to sit on the curb by China for like 20 minutes because I got so tipsy! But Im a light weight!

You absolutely can get your drink to go. We took our drinks all over Epcot, no problems.

As for favorite drinks? They're all delicious!

If you're more of a sweet fan, the avocado (I know, it sounds odd..) is delightful. It's a frozen drink, but it's delicious. The cucumber is similar, but not frozen, it's served on the rocks. Also delicious.

If you're feeling adventurous, go for the Jalapeno. It's got a bite, that's for sure, but it's awesome. The tender made ours with fresh crushed jalapenos, and I loved it.

I spent a small fortune on the jalapeño margaritas, and, in fact, got educated on what a "true" margarita is supposed to be, at La Cava del Tequila. I used to think that the slushy version served at the stand outside the Mexico pavilion is a "margarita." :rotfl2: After my "education" from one of the fantastic bartenders at La Cava, my life has changed for the better. I can now make an authentic margarita that will knock your socks off. Mine are the lime kind. Haven't tackled the jalapeno ones ..... but there's always tomorrow .....

I am SO looking forward to eating here and having a margarita or two...they all look so awesome! I have heard that the Magic Blue margarita is awesome--with a glow cube! :drinking:

Cucumber for me!!! In fact I'm going to try and reproduce it for my Christmas drink! No idea how to do it, I've a picture of the ingredients from the menu, but I'll have fun trying!

watch out. we had a bartender try to pass a higher bill to us and charged our credit card 3 times. one for the incorrect price and 2 for the correct one. be clear what you are ordering and watch what they actually pour (tequilas).

I enjoyed the blood orange one. It does have a bit of a kick too it. I am a lightweight though so it may just be too strong for people like me who are "Vacation Drunks".

Avocado. Hands down, the best margarita I've ever had. They used to have a prickly pear margarita that was excellent, but I don't think it's on the menu anymore.

The best was when they first opened they had a margarita sampler flight. They need to bring that back.
