I thought we had sorted our Dining plans but had an e mail today cancelling Tutto Italia as it is being refurbished in April.
So choices again we want to stay in Epcot and wanted to try somewhere we have not been before.
What are your views on La Cantina de San Angel or Garden Grill .
Thanks :)

When you say La Cantina, I assume you are referring to La Hacienda San Angel in Mexico. We ate there last month and it was an amazing meal. We loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I have not eaten at the Garden Grill. It is a character all you can eat meal so quite different, but reviews are very postive on the whole. I would personally base my choice on where I plan to be at that time of the day. If your park touring follows some kind of plan, Epcot is a rather large park for backtracking so if you spend your early morning in Future World and the later part of the day in the World Showcase and this is going to be for dinner, I would go Mexican :cool1: If you plan an early lunch or intend being in future World around the time of day you intend having your meal, then Garden Grill would be my choice.

It is La Cantina the new Mexican restaurant.we have eaten in La Hacienda but wanted to try different places. We are staying at BCV and enjoy walking around Epcot in the evenings before we have dinner. :)

La cantina is a counter service not a table serive meal like garden grill

If its a choice between La Cantina and Garden Grill then GG definitely wins. We ate at both in October and really enjoyed GG - the characters and food were both fantastic. The food at La Cantina was really disappointing - tacos were tiny and tatseless and really poor selection of meals. On the other hand, if you go next door to La Hacienda the food there is amazing and we even got window seats and watched the fireworks- love it:thumbsup2

I realise I was getting confused I meant La Hacienda. Thank you Orange Tigs. So pleased you are back on the boards. Hope you are over your ordeal. :)
