La Cantina menu?

I would like to know as well, will be there in 2 weeks... can't wait to try it!! I had asked this before and was told due to it being a CS that the menu probably won't be released until the opening, unlike the restaurant.

I'm wondering, too. I'm hoping for some good nachos for my kids. :goodvibes

Edit: I think that was the old menu.

This seems to be the new one:

Yay!!!!!!!

Looks great. Looks a lot like the menu of old!

The Chiliques con Pollo and the Pork burrito they were serving were disgusting.

Tacos de Carne 11.95 - Is this beef tacos, would it be hamburg meat or steak cut beef?

Empanadas de Queso 10.50 - Can anyone tell me what this is?

Tacos de Pollo 10.95 - Is this chicken taco, would it be chunks of chicken breast or ground chicken?

Nachos 9.95 - I figured this one out :rotfl2:

Guacamole con Totopos 7.25 - Can anyone tell me what this is?

As you can guess we aren't familiar at all with Mexican food :) We live in the arctic so our options are limited to say the least
:goodvibes

Information already released says the tacos will used grilled beef and grilled chicken, not ground meat.

Empanadas are like "hot pockets" (a bread or crust shell with a filling). "Queso" means cheese. So, bread or crust "pockets" with cheese filling.

Guacamole is an avocado dip. I had to look up totopos. They are made from corn and are similar to tortilla chips.

Tacos de Carne 11.95 - Is this beef tacos, would it be hamburg meat or steak cut beef? Traditional Mexican fare is either chunks of beef or shredded beef. However, hamburger maybe an option.

Empanadas de Queso 10.50 - Can anyone tell me what this is? My take on this is a pastry stuffed with cheese.

Tacos de Pollo 10.95 - Is this chicken taco, would it be chunks of chicken breast or ground chicken? I would gues this to be chunks of chicken

Nachos 9.95 - I figured this one out :rotfl2:

Guacamole con Totopos 7.25 - Can anyone tell me what this is? Totopos are probably a type of chip??

Anyway, that's my guess and as someone always tells me...I live to be wrong. LOL!!! :rotfl2:
