La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico Breakfast Service

Does anyone know if breakfast is still available at La Catina de San Angel?

Only lunch and dinner menu is listed in WDW website.

I saw the review in WDW News Today in June but I don't remember if anyone mentioned here.
