Here's what I've gotten for my first few:
Credits: 30,000-45,000 depending upon what else came with it
White snowman
Pirate fire wall plus 2-3 other rare pirate or haunted mansion stuff
Haunted mansion clock plus 2-3 other retired items
Oodles of 1,000 credit hats and/or retired hats

If you want to make an offer in that range, I still have a couple of pumpkins.
