L.A weight loss???? Help

just wondering because I was considering it but of course all of the information that they give you at the center and all of the commercials look like the program works, but I wanted to hear from a "real" person. Just wondering if anyone here has tried this? It is alot of money but I am committed and really want to try something new other than weight watchers, I need the the one on one consultation, I think. Thanks for the info..

WHen I went to physical therapy about two years ago. Two women in therapy were going. Yes, it cost a lot of money. They were losing quickly.

Just saw them last month, the weight is back on and plus some.

I saw the commerical the other day with Andy Reid (Eagles Coach) doing LA Weightloss.
I noticed a difference in his appearance during the summer at training camp before he announced his diet.

I tried LA and just wasn't losing weight with the plan, I was actually gaining. I went back to WW the end of August and I am down 9 pounds so far. Really look into the plan and make sure it is something that you can make a part of your lifestyle. Everyone is different but for me LA just didn't work even when following it to the "T". The counselors were even confused by my problem. Good luck in your research. Again, just remember to think of this as a lifestyle change and something that you can live with.
