I also have a great story to add. Yesterday, I called within the last 20 minutes of the day (I forgot that ORlando is on Eastern time, and I am on Central). Anyway, I decided yesterday to try and change my Spring Break trip from Vero Beach to WDW. It's only about 5 weeks away, and I was pretty shocked to learn I could get a 1BR at SSR at this late date. She told me there were 4 available there, and none anywhere else for my dates without waitlisting, which I hate to do. I had told her I would stay anywhere available. I told her I would take SSR, so she cancelled Vero Beach. Then she put me on hold to get the conf. number for SSR, and I really thought she had just left since it was after 5:30 pm there. I was just about to hang up, when she came back and said she had been talking with her supervisor because the points tracking system was not taking my ressie. She said I would have to call back early on Sunday to make sure I got my 1Br. I thought,"oh, great, I have to call back when the whole world is calling for BLT and THV!" But, I knew I had to do it in order to get my spring break trip (since we had already cancelled Vero Beach). I set my alarm to get up and start calling by 8am central time. Just as I was getting up, the phone rang, and my husband answered. He said it was the CM telling me I didn't have to call, she had taken care of it. Sure enough, there was my vacation on the member website. I couldn't believe she did that! And to have called me back was just so nice. I really appreciated it, but now I can't remember her name to send an email. Just such a nice touch!
