Kudos to Pop Century Staff

We recently stayed at Pop Century, and left behind a phone charger. I received a card in the mail from the resort, saying that we left something behind. I called them, and they said they'd mail it right away. I got it the other day! I'm very pleased, that they made such a fuss over such a cheap item.

One more reason why POP is my favorite too! Glad to hear that they didn't just pitch it but tried to return it to its owner.
