I've read that lunch at CHH is included. Do they allow you to choose anything on the menu and are drinks included?

I believe that it jumps around a bit now. When I went last July we had lunch at Tomorrowland Terrace and lately I have heard that people have dined at Cosmic Rays. They have a menu when you check in for your tour, you choose your food and your drink and they have it ready for you when you get there.

We had Tomorrowland Terrace two weeks ago. The food was disgusting. The tour was great, but the food was absolutely terrible.

Tomorrowland Terrace in early March.
I think it's a bit counter-productive to have food already waiting when you arrive.
My cheeseburger was stone cold.

I saw them bringing out the food for the next tour. It was well-timed. I think we stalled for a few minutes at the restrooms so they could get the food on the tables. I wouldn't worry about it being cold.

We ate at Tomorrowland Terrace in February, so that's starting to seem pretty consistent.

I gave up KTTK because lunch is at Tomorrowland Terrace now and it doesn't offer a single vegetarian offer.

I don't think it is counter productive at all - to the contrary it is very productive in that it speeds up the process.
Now as far as quality of food ---- That is a different issue

I believe they offered special option for dietary restrictions when I went in October. You should ask.

I wonder if it's possible to split from the group to eat somewhere else? I know the meal is included, it's all paid for, but if you hate it why couldn't you eat elsewhere and re-group after 30 minutes or so? When we did the tour the lunch was CHH, our favorite spot in MK. Too bad they've changed it.

Ugh. We're booked for a tour this September & are super excited. But I have a sensitive stomach. I'd hate for it to make me sick. Is lunch the last part of the tour?

No, unfortunately it isn't.

The tour is absolutely wonderful, but the food is awful. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and the chicken breast was so hard that the entire table was shaking when I tried to cut it. Those that ordered hot meals arrived to find them cold. We were all laughing about it. The guide got different & much better-looking food from her CM friend working there, which was nice for her, I guess! :rotfl:

We had CHH last june, but you couldn't pick anything on the menu. It was limited - fried shrimp and lobster roll weren't available to us.

We went on this tour a year ago. Our lunch was CHH. We had just a few options to choose from. I love CHH but nothing I tend to order was an option so I chose some salad which was just ok. Not what I would have ordered had the full menu been open to us.

ETA: We loved the tour!
