Kroger salad bar pineapple dessert?

I don't know if all Kroger's have this, but I've seen it in more than one here. It's a pineapple dessert in their salad bar. It's very rich and I've been trying to google the recipe, but haven't had much luck. Has anyone here had it and/or does anyone know the recipe?

It tastes like it has pineapple, walnuts, probably cream cheese, lots of sugar, pudding...

We sold something that sounds like what you're looking for called Hawaiian Delight. (Boy, that brings back some memories, lol.)

Thank you! I don't think it's very close to either of those, but they sound delicious.

This is richer and more heavy pudding than whipped cream and marshmallows, I think.

Is it the one with coconut? When I lived in Ohio I used to get this at Kroger.

1 cup pineapple tidbits (drained well)
1 cup mandarin oranges (drained well)
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sour cream (possibly need a little more if it looks dry)
