This year I'm excited to say, we are going to be trying this place for the first time for lunch. The only thing I've ever had here was Schoolbread....:lovestruc which is to die for!

Has anybody ever eaten here before for lunch/dinner/snacks? What did you get, how was it? I also assume you can use a counter service credit from the DDP here as well? :thumbsup2

Well, my parents went here on our 2005 trip. Epcot was the early park, and DDad missed out on his coffee at the resort. He went in and asked for something strong to drink. It had coffee IN IT, at least, but it was mostly some kind of rum XD.

Dear old dad being a preacher all his life got buzzed pretty fast and had to go back that afternoon for a nap!

:goodvibes SchoolBread :goodvibes

BEST SNACK of our Christmas trip...Will NOT miss it when we return in Sept!
I went in with Tunnel Vision so I do not recall what else they had except for some GIGANTIC cinnamon rolls

They also have some delicious open faced sandwiches. Smoked salmon and egg I remember fondly.:thumbsup2

I saw someone's photos of this recently (the bakery items and menu) I'll see if I can find it again for you.

I fell in love with this place last year. I used a CS credit and got a drink, cup of soup, open face sandwich and dessert of my choice(schoolbread)for one credit. They also have the above for a special price without drink and limited dessert(choc mousse, rice cream or veiled maiden)for those not on DDP. Wow in a few weeks i'll be there can't wait.

Very tasty though :)

:goodvibes I highly recommend the rasberry/strawberry cheesecake. Its the best cheesecake I have ever had! The rice cream is really good too. I prefer the kringla bakery to the patisserie Boulangerie in France section.

Is like a sweet bread with a creamy filling and icing plus coconut on top.

Well now I know! I don't care for coconut so I can scratch that off my list.

I dont care fore coconut either, and this was the best tasting thing i had last time I was in Disney by Far... Its amazing. The wife and I split one, and loved it so much we had to go back to get antoher and took it home. After a few hours in the fridge, we ate it and it was even better then....

Honestly, just cause of the little bit of coconut on top, dont rule this one out..

Well, I guess it wouldn't hurt to just try it once! Thanks for the words of encouragement!
