I LOVED LOVED LOVED Kathy and Teresa's Craft Corner segment at the Welcome Center. Pete, you have to let them do this at least once a month. Kudos and props all around ladies!!! Loved the segment! (Did I say that I loved it? Ok. Just checking. :rotfl2: ). :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

I liked it, too! Does Kathy should do a scrapbooking class on the next cruise (if she hasn't already).

I thought it was a great segment. I certainly echo Pete's feelings about wanting a cricut, but not knowing exactly what to do with it. In my case, I should probably borrow my aunt's before I shell out that kind of cash. I am curious about the complete Disney digital cartridge that Kathy was talking about. On the cricut website they have an All Disney Digital Bundle but are asking $199.99 (on sale from $484.88). Is this the one she was talking about?

I listen as I don't have time to watch video's. It was quite a while into the show before I had any idea of what you were talking about. I'm not trying to critize, but thougt you might find it helpful from another listeners viewpoint. (I haven't taken a cruise in over 20 years, and I don't "craft".)

Oh wow- that's quite the markdown! Do you have a link? Is that just cartridges for that price??

They are not cartridges. They are digital images that require the use of a computer and the Cricut software.

If you buy a cartridge you can use the Cricut as a stand alone machine.

There will be segments that don't "translate" well to audio. This was one of them.

Can someone help me out...I'm not that familiar with the Cricuts. What are the major differences between the Expression and the Expression 2? TIA!!

Does anyone know if the Cricut works on fabric? I am a quilter and would love to have one for easy appliqué shapes for quilts.

I have the Expression 2. It can be wireless. I don't think the other can. Personally I think the Expression 2 is easier to use. I am sure there are others that say the old style is easier for them. They all cut and they use the same cartridges. If you find a deal on the Expression either model is great.

I think if the segment would have worked better if the segment had included the audio from the video with reminders that the full video was available.
