Kosher for Passover Mickey Waffles

Chag Sameach to those that celebrate, as well as I hope everyone else that celebrates Easter has a great Easter.

I made Mickey waffles using a recipe from ChatGPT. Had to alternate a bit because cake meal is very doughy. Came out okay. They seemed more like mini banana breads though vs. waffles. Made whipped cream from scratch for the first time as well.

I no longer go Kosher for Pesach but those are awesome! I would have loved something like that when I was younger. Matzah Brei was our household breakfast staple.
