Kong and Hitchcock

Since I have read the Kong and Hitchcock attractions will be gone before we get there in Oct., what is replacing them, or will there just be less to do in that park?

Three attractions are planned for Universal Studios....Jimmy Neutron will replace Hanna. Shrek will replace Hitchcock....and an unannounced mystery attraction is replacing Kong. None will be ready before the end of the year though.

A Shrek 3D film is replacing Hitchcock, we don't know what is replacing Kong though. Popular rumor is a Mummy indoor coaster. It should be announced what it is by Spring 2003 and open around April 2004. Shrek will open Spring 2003.

I know Kong is closing Sept 8 but is Futuristic World of HB and Alfred Hitchcock closed now or when will they close?

I believe Hanna Barbera closes late October and Hitchcock closes early January. I'm not sure of the exact dates though.
