We are a family of 5 (myself, dh. dd7, dd5, ds2). We are trying to decide which would be a nice non-character meal for us. We went to Teppan Edo last year and enjoyed it a lot, had a negative experience 3 years ago at Le Cellier but would be open minded enough to try again, and we're staying at the Poly so we thought Kona might be nice. Which would recommend over the others and why??? Thanks.

That's so funny cuz I just posted the same exact questions a couple days ago!

For experience Teppen Edo is great for quality food I recommend Le Cellier.
You really can't go wrong with any of them:)

We weren't that impressed with Le Cellier. We LOOOVE Teppan Edo and have to eat there every trip now! We've never been to Kona, but have heard good things about it. I say since you're staying at the Poly anyway, give it a try.

We have eaten at all three. Just like the previous post we were not that impressed with Le Cellier. It was good but not great. However, a few weeks ago our two best meals were Kona and Teppan Edo. Though we prefer Kona's dinner menu. We are definitely repeating those two next trip.

i could have written your post... ditto what cinderella94 said!

We love Le Cellier and Teppan Edo. Out of the two we prefer the food at Le Cellier and have always had great service there. We have not tried Kona yet but are planning to try it in August.

Have not tried Le Cellier but you can't go wrong with either Kona or Teppan. On our Presidents week trip we went to both, Kona was my absolute favorite meal, Teppan was the kids hands down favorite.

It's funny, I only did Teppan b/c we couldn't get into LeCellier and I'm so glad that happened!

Le Cellier is great im sorry you had a bad experience there.
Every time I have eaten there the food has always been great.
May I suggest the cheader(sp) cheese soup. Its great!:)

We ate at all 3 last May. This May we're going back to Le Cellier (even tho' it's been getting bad reviews, we thought it was really good) and Teppan Edo - we all love the scallops with filet there.

As for Kona, we love it for breakfast but it's noisy for dinner and since they changed the menu (no more filet), we decided not to return.

May I suggest Tutto Italia in Epcot as another delicious alternative.

enjoy!
