For our first full day at the Magic Kingdom, we have the option of "dinner" at Kona at 2:30pm or dinner at The Wave at 8:25pm. We are 2 adults and 1 7-year old child (boy).
My concerns - 2:30pm is too early for "dinner" and will break up our day at MK when we are anxious to do and see everything. I was trying (again) to sneak a res for Ohana in and kept backing up the res and this Kona res came up.
The Wave might be a hidden gem, from what I've read. My concern, though is that that res is too late. After a long day at MK will we want to eat that late?
We're making use of the free dining plan so I want to make sure we get our table-service every day we can.
