We are me, DH,Dd 3, Ds 10 months, MIL, Aunt

We were looking for a nice dinner for 1 TS credit in a resort.

Does this just come down to menu? Other considerations?

Thanks!

Ohana (family style) for the experience and Kona (order off of menu) for the food.

Previous poster=pp is right. Both are good, really it comes down to Ohana for the experience with your family (lots of fun, lots of food-your husband will love you forever-all you can eat meat) and Kona for the food. Both have good food, just one is more about the experience and food the other more about the food and service. :) Hope this helped.

Both give you good food, but I think Ohana also gives you more of a "Disney vacation" experience. If I can only do 1, I pick Ohana.

Because you get apps and sides for the table at Ohana as well as the possibility of 4 different meats (you can have all, some, or just endless refills of 1 if you prefer), it's nearly as much diversity as a full menu like Kona. And if DD3 does not like anything there, Ohana will make her some of the childrens' classics like mac-n-cheese or a hot dog (I *think* they sort of borrow them from Kona since the two restaurants are essentially next door to each other).

Ohauna!!!!!!!! I don't like bread pudding at all, can't stand the stuff. I read on the menu on the all ears site and that's what they serve for desert and I said oh well the DH will like it. That stuff is like Heaven!!!!!!!!!! I dream about it, can't wait to eat there again just for the bread pudding. It should be served on 24K gold plates with silver spoons. I think next time I'm going to ask for desert first. Oh, by the way the food is really good too. You can't go wrong with all you can eat grilled meats and sides. Did I mention the bread pudding???????

Ohana is a great experience and we loved it both for the food and the fun. Be aware, though, that will all the kids activities going on, the children barley have time to eat! Not kidding!
