Which should I try for a dinner at. I was pretty sure I was going to go for Ohana...now I'm not so sure.

Any recommendations either way?

My family loves both. If you are big meat eaters, go for O'Hana. The food is all you can eat, and the meat is the highlight. There are also some activities for the kids, and you get a great view of Wishes and the Electrical Water Pageant if you are there at the right time. The Mai Tai is to die for.

Kona Cafe is one of our favorites. The asian inspired menu is great. If you want seafood, they have some nice offerings. Some of the appetizers are enough for a meal themselves. Especially the chicken wings. Yummo. The desserts are exceptional there, far better than O'Hana. The Kiluea Tort is great. There is also a macademia nut tart kinda thing that is pure heaven.

You have a very tough decision. If you can, try to work both places into your schedule. Both are reasonably priced and will give you a nice meal. Sorry if I'm no help. I love them both.

Maybe I should look into Ohana for dinner and Kona for a lunch???

We've had both, and personally, I LOVE Kona so much more than Ohana's :thumbsup2

I love the choices, and everything I've had there has been wonderful

I could not decide either so we are eating at both in a few weeks for dinner!

We find Kona more to our liking but it depends on your food tastes. Both have good food.

We've tried Kona twice and we've been dissapointed. We have never been dissapointed in Ohana. We love Ohana and its a family favorite must do.

Trying 'Ohana on this trip. I'm going back and forth on Kona and 'Ohana trying to figure out which one would be better. I guess we have enough time to try both!

We have eaten at both places, but Ohana for dinner and Kona for breakfast. We were not thrilled with Ohana's food or service. Kona however had wonderful food and the service was decent! Kona's dinner menu does look delish, and I do look forward to trying Ohana for breakfast one day!
