Kona Island?

I read about something called Kona Island (a sushi place) on the Disney site, but my guidebook only has Kona Cafe. Does Kona Island really exist? If so, does it count as a QS for DDP?

Yes, it exists. It is a bar area alongside Kona Cafe. By day it is a coffee bar. Yes, you can use DDP there, but it is a TS, not a QS.
