Kona Cafe Island

Does anyone know if this on is on the free dining plan?
I search the sight and it wasn't even listed. Seem odd because it's a snackie sort of place.

Kona Cafe is a table service restaurant at the Polynesian Resort. It's on the Disney Dining Plan (free or otherwise).

I had a good dinner there in October, and I would recommend it.
