Kona breakfast reservation, so aggravating!

This aggravates me to no end. Why on earth can a breakfast reservation for Kona not be made online? I guess I am going to have to break down and call Disney Dining. I really hate to call, but I guess I will.
 
When are you trying to make it for? I've made them on the MDE app. That being said, I've been seated every time I tried just walking up.
 

Try calling. I did for my late February dates after not being able to make a reservation for 2 online when my ADR dates opened. The call worked. I also hate calling and they first tried to take me through some robotic scheduling before finally switching me to a real person.
 
I'm having the same problem with Grand Floridian Cafe for December. I checked several dates and I can only find dinner availability but no breakfast or lunch. There are several reservations available for breakfast next week but nothing two months out. This was the same with Trattoria al Forno also and then they opened up the dates so I'm guessing that will also happen here.

I've had problems making reservations for 2 or 3 in the past at different restaurants found a way around it. Make it for 4 after you have your confirmation change it to two or three. Little more work but I get what we want.
 
I was surprised by this as well. I was trying to make a reservation for mid October but I called and was able to book no problem. It's all automated. I forgot how popular this place is. I'm anxious to finally try the tonga toast.
 
I was trying to reschedule for a later time for next week. There was no availability when booking a new reservation, but plenty of times when changing a current reservation.
 
I had a reservation for the first week in February that I needed to change, seems that any reservation for Kona (at least breakfast) now needs to be made by phone. Not sure for how long.

:crazy: Now that is strange as well.
 
Yes, I looked for 2nd week in Jan. and it said I needed to call as well.
 
I had to call as well for Feb 3rd. It is the only restaurant that said to call to make a reservation. I even checked for this month just to see and it still says to call. I had no problem getting the ADR over the phone and the CM had no idea why it won't work online.

I got my ADR online but its for November...
 
I have yet to even see any breakfast ADR for Kona. I've been checking religiously everyday for over 2 weeks and have not seen a single one.. Planning for mid October. Also selected random days in March just to check and haven't seen a single one lol I have the worst luck

Try giving Disney dining a call....it worked for me.
 
That's strange, I booked there for breakfast for our January trip online. Is this a new thing?
