Kohl's Return Policy?

I know they have a very good return policy that you can return anything and everything, even after it's worn.

I have a dozen pairs of black jeans, purchased about 14 months ago, that have been worn off & on, rotating them and only washing after one pair was worn at least 7 times. Obviously, not the only pants/jeans I have worn during this time period, but boy half of them (6 pairs) have really faded (to grey.)

Does this seem like something odd to return?

This is not something that I would see as returnable. Even if you washed then once per month, that is still 14 washes and 98 wears (1 wash per 7 wears). I would expect some fading & wear from this.

what do you wash them in....
find any black item does fade a bit... would use a detergent for darks... would help

I think 14 months is too long to return pants worn and washed.

They may take them back, but after 14 months and a whole lot of wearing....I'd feel really strange trying to return them.

You've worn them too long to take them back. Maybe try some RIT dye to cover the fading.

It is too late to return them.

but you can get them black again - pick up some packages of Black RIT dye and dye them black using your washing machine.
It will freshen them up - I used to do this all the time but don't have any black jeans right now.

You will want to run your washing machine a few times without anything but laundry detergent in it to get the black dye out of it once you've done redyed the jeans so you won't have black all over the rest of your laundry.

Totally normal for jeans that aren't getting dirty - except for normal wear!!
(obviously doesn't mean children)
