Kohl's Price Adjustment

Last Sunday the 5th I purchased a comforter set at Kohls along with a few other things. It was not on sale - $199 plus tax, but I had a 25% off coupon, $10 Kohl's cash and $5 rewards. I received $40 in additional Kohl's cash.

Right now that comforter set is on sale for $99, plus I have a 30% off coupon AND a $10 off home purchase. Problem is, my darn husband threw away the receipt! I used my Kohl's Charge card to make the in store purchase. Can I still get the price adjustment without the receipt?

They've looked it up for us before and given us an adjustment since they could find the order on the CC.....that said, you should have to give back some of the Kohls cash though.

Thanks for that information! It will still be a $50 difference when factoring the Kohl's cash. (I already used all of it. I only made $20 off the comforter portion of my purchase I believe- maybe $30 if it includes tax)

If you used the Kohls Cash they will subtract that from the amount they will credit you for your return. Also make sure you go in asap. Their ads change all of the time, and it will be a bigger hassle for them to figure everything out if you go after the ad. They can still do it, but it will take longer, and you will have to trust their math instead of their computer's math.

Sooooo... just got back and after a long hassle trying to find my order (not sure why when I purchased AT that store WITH my card AND I was showing them my account transactions on my online account but 30 minutes later found it ) and I got back $63.55 PLUS I got another $10 Kohl's Cash Thanks all! Really excited to get that extra back

Everything is still much easier with receipts. Without one I believe they have to call and have someone at their corporate office look for that purchase among all of your purchases. But it sounds like it was well worth your time!
