kodak easyshare dx4330 HELP ME

sorry if i am being thick lol
ive tried to set up the software to download the pics from the camera to a doc file on the comp
but it seems to only store them on the memory card and not download them
am i not doing something obvious here, as the only way i can store them to my docs is to do each pic individually and boy that takes time!!

Hi.

1. The software is loaded?

2. Do you have the camera firmly situated on the camera dock and is the light on?

3. Are you pressing the "transfer button" on the camera dock?

If you are doing all of the above, when you press the transfer button on the camera, the software should automatically "kick in" and the pictures should be transferred from the memory card to a file on your computer.

all of the above!!
when i next go into the koak software all i see is an icon with a small x in the middle unless i have edited the pic manually and saved to my docs,then i see the picture as an icon fully??
