Is the California marketplace, section of Knottsberry farm, inside (or outside) the area where one must pay park admission.

I know that one can do 45 minutes worth of shopping, without paying park admission.
Can a person eat at Mrs. Knotts Chicken dinner restaurant without paying park admission?

the marketplace is outside of the park, so no park admission required. The same as the chicken dinner which is located in the marketplace. The chicken dinner is a must do. It is soooo yummy.

You can park in a lot just past all the stores for 3 hrs no charge. We go every Sat before Mother's Day just to do the Chicken Dinner. It's been a family tradition for 42 years.
