Knockoff Designer Bags?

I'm not understanding why one would want a fake designer bag,

Probably because not everyone can afford the real deal.

How do you know where your money is going when you purchase a knockoff???

Do a google search for "fake handbags + terrorism" and read what comes back.

For The Last 3 Years, I Have Been Putting My Daugther Thru College Selling On Ebay. I Go To Yard Sales & Estate Sales, Buy & Resell On Ebay.

I Love Pocketbook & Perfumes, And For The Last Year That Seems To Be What I Am Selling. I Enjoy It. I Am Honest, And Have 100% Positive Feedback, With Over 1000 Transactions,

My Point Is, Almost 3 Times A Month, I Find A Coach. How Do I Know It's Authentic? I Try To Buy It For Under 10.00 Call Coach's 800 # And Give Them The Serial #.

I Found This One Woman Who Was Selling "new" Coach Bags. She Sold Me 5 Bags For 25.00 Each. She Wanted 40.00 & Was Not Pleased With Our Outcome, But Sold Them To Me Anyway For 25.00 A Piece. They Were All Real.

About 5-10 Times A Season (april Thru Nov) I Find Gucci. Gucci Is Easy To Tell For It's Serial Number Is Posted (except The Older Bags) Or The Hardware.

About 2-3 Times A Year, I Find A Lv. The Women In The Lv Store Have Taught Me How To Find The Secret Code, In The Bag. Each Lv Always Has A # Found Hidden Somewhere. If I Find A Garment Bag Or Duffle, They Are Hard To Find. I Just Buy Them & Bring Them To The Lv Store They Are Friendly & Honest. If It Is Fake, I Will Keep It Or Give It Away. My Friend Goes To Very Wealthy Neighborhoods, & She Finds Many More Lv Than I.

I Think That's Why You See A Lot Of Bags On Ebay. People Buy & Then Re-sell. Email Them First For The Serial Number & Then Call Coach Before You Buy.

Go Out To Local Yard Sales In Your Area On A Saturday Morn For 2hrs, Without The Kids & I Bet You Will Find A Coach Or Lv Or My Personal Favorite "gucci"

Hope This Helps ;)

But I started this thread to find out about any places on the western cruise! :confused3

The point to be made here is that buying counterfeit trademarks is wrong. It's stealing. The people that make and distribute these items are involved in organized crime and some counterfeiters have been linked to Al Qaeda. It is illegal to sell these items, but not illegal to own them - as of yet anyway.

It is illegal for anyone to transport more than 2 fakes through customs. Counterfeiters are not just selling purses. Sunglasses, brand name clothing, electronics, dvds and many other items are being knocked off. So if you are insistent on supporting these criminals while shopping at the ports, take note that it could cause you problems when returning through US customs.
