I saw on Kmart this morning this on sale Coby 7 in. (Diagonal) Widescreen Digital Picture Frame w/ Multimedia Playback
It says discount show up at final checkout. When I put it in my cart it shows up as 9.99 but in final checkout it shows up as 39.99. I called kmart but the man helping was of no help. Anyone get this for the 9.99 price?

Did it go thru all the way to last checkout? Did you have to add your kmart rewards card number? I left my card at home so i can't check. Thanks!!

I was trying to order 2 of them, and it does show the discount in the cart, but when you proceed to order it goes back up to $39 each on the order summary.
This is weird- anyone get to order them for 9.99?

I ordered 2 this morning....had to call Kmart.com. She said she would send it to be reviewed. I had to pay the full amount and they are supposed to credit my card within 3-5 days. No guarantees though. Can return for full refund if it doesn't work.

Good luck to us all....this is a great deal if it goes through.

I am hoping we can get this to work. The guy I talked to this morning was of no help whatsoever. He said he didn't see any discounts other than free shipping. He sounded like I just woke him up.

I wouldn't want to charge the whole thing. Kmart is not good at getting the credits back at all! Remember the Disney jewelry thing? They charged my account, then sent me three different out of stock/Cx notices (on 4 pair of earrings). It took them over 3 months and 4 phone calls to straigten it out. I did get a $25 GC from Sears so that was nice.

Sounds like you dealt with a heck of a mess! I let them charge me the full amount, because I got free shipping and will just return it for the full amount at the store if they don't honor their price. Hopefully it goes through though....this was the last thing I needed on my list!
