Kitchen supply list

OK all you DVC veterans and AKV - Kidani visitors:

Where might I find a kitchen supply list? Or does anyone have a great memory of what is available?

I know the basic utensils, plates, bowls and drinking glasses for eight, but what about mixing bowls, casserole dishes, mixing utensils, drink pitcher, blender, knives, pots and pans, etc.

We plan to eat breakfast, dinner and a couple of lunches "at home". I just want to make sure I do not get there and say OMG, I should have brought this or that.

I plan to bring dishwasher detergent, but what about liquid soap or a sponge? Is the starter liquid soap enough for the week or is sample size?
